For customers that are planning to purchase a new copy of Crystal Reports, you will need to have Crystal Reports XI Developer Edition.  This is the latest version from Business Objects and has a license that will allow Ripplestone to be used to publish and distribute your reports.  Business Objects offers an upgrade price for older versions of Crystal Reports to the new Crystal Reports XI Developer Edition and this might be the most cost effective way to aquire the correct version of Crystal Reports.

For customers that have older versions (8.5, 9 or 10) of Crystal Reports, and will not be upgrading to the latest version, will need to have Crystal Reports Developer Edition purchased and installed.
