If you have a Crystal Report that uses data from an Oracle Long Raw Data Type and the field is getting truncated, try to change the ODBC Driver. If you are using the Oracle driver, try to change to the Crystal Reports Oracle Driver and then re=publish the report to Ripplestone.

When you publish a Crystal Report file or Office document to Ripplestone you are moving the physical file from the local storage to the web server. Ripplestone has a default file size of 10 MB, so report files that are larger than 10 MB will not upload. This size can be changed in the web.config...
